You keep the storage area well maintained and clean and the location is perfect for a boater in a condo without a marina berth: close enough to both town and sailing grounds. My wife and I liked sometimes just going there and fiddle a little with the boats and enjoy the forest and the birds! Upon terminating the contract earlier than expected (leaving for Europe) you compensated me for the last remaining months, although I had a one-year contract, without any fuss. "This facility has been outstanding in all aspects of what you would expect to have your RV stored. The ground is gravel covered and drains very well, so moisture from the ground for your vehicles chassis is kept to a minimum. The 24 hours access and outstanding security was a piece of mind.
