Online reservations are valid for 14 days once a $50 non-refundable reservation fee is paid. When you start your rental within this timeframe, the $50 is applied to your rent. After 14 days both the reservation and $50 fee are forfeit. If you do not pay the reservation fee, your reservation is not guaranteed, and the space is available for anyone else to rent.
If you are interested in a reservation within the next couple of weeks, contact us by phone during business hours at 877-770-7353, or by email and we can review options, if available. Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss reservations further in the future, as we cannot predict what space will be available.
