Online reservations are valid for 48 hours once a $50 non-refundable reservation fee is paid. When you start your rental within this timeframe, the $50 is applied to your rent. After 48 hours both the reservation and $50 fee are forfeit. If you do not pay the reservation fee, your reservation is not guaranteed, and the space is available for anyone else to rent.

Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss reservations further in the future, as we cannot predict what space will be available.
