Online reservations can be made up to 28 days in advance, and are guaranteed when a nonrefundable $75 reservation fee is paid. When the move in occurs within 28 days of the reservation, the $75 payment is applied to your first rental period. After 28 days the reservation expires and the $75 payment is forfeited.
