Online reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance, and are guaranteed when a nonrefundable $50 reservation fee is paid. When the move in occurs within 14 days of the reservation, the $50 payment is applied to your first rental period. After 14 days the reservation expires and the $50 payment is forfeited.
