You will be charged your 4 week rent plus tax, plus a refundable security deposit. There are no other administrative fees.
The security deposit covers the access card should it not be returned, insufficient move out notice and / or parking space cleanup when you move out. If the card is returned, the parking space is free of garbage, you have not caused any damage, you have provided sufficient move out notice and you have no outstanding charges on your account, you get your deposit back.

Yes, we require 2 weeks notice before you move out; this allows us to book a tenant into the space as soon as it becomes available. The first 4 week rental period is never prorated, however in any subsequent period so long as you have provided notice of termination 2 weeks prior to your move out, we will prorate any remaining rent as of your actual move out date or scheduled move out date, whichever is later.

Whatever you park in your parking space must fit within the boundaries of the space. That means the tip to tip length and width of your RV or boat must be no larger than the space you occupy. That means you need to include any attachments on the back or front of your RV or boat, such as bike racks, etc. In the case of a boat, you need to include the trailer in your measurement, and the mast if it is to be stored as well.
We have laid out our facility to make is easy and safe for all tenants to come and go with their RV or boat. When tenants don't stay within their alloted space, it makes it more difficult (and potentially unsafe) for others to get in and out. We will do our best to find you a larger space if you require it.
As noted above, you must not extend past the boundaries of your space. If your new RV or boat does not fit, check with us before you make the purchase to ensure we have another space for you going forward.
We do not have insurance coverage on your items. Your are required to have your own insurance coverage.
